How Do I Return an Item?

Please complete the refund/exchange form found in your parcel. Please include a brief summary of why you wish to exchange or refund your item. If you wish to change the size, please indicate both the size you’re exchanging and the size you would like to receive. Please ensure you have included correct contact details so that we send you your exchange without any delays.

 Please note, all exchanges must be unworn and in the condition they were received.

What Items are Eligible for an Exchange/Refund?

All returns must be unworn and in the condition they were received. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your purchased item.

What Items are Non Refundable?

Any items that have been visibly worn, and have experienced a significant amount of wear and tear will not be refunded or eligible for an exchange. Items eligible for a refund/ exchange need to be unworn and returned in the condition they were received.

My Items has arrived Damaged

If the purchased item is faulty, please get in contact with us within 7 days of delivery.

My Item has got Lost in the Post

At Pop at Porto we obtain proof of postage for all items. If the Royal Mail, officially classifies the item as lost, a replacement item will be sent to you. In no circumstances will a refund be issued for lost post.
